Wherever you're working, clarifying your role and working hours sets clear expectations and boundaries for yourself and your teammates. Here's how Asana can help. In one hover, your Asana profile can clarify a lot in very little space to everyone across your organization. Set up your profile by clicking your avatar and going to "My Profile Settings."
You'll see fields for details about you and your role. Your "About me" section could include your city, timezone, and schedule. Asana can help you and your teammates stick to that schedule with do not disturb settings. Head one tab over to "Notifications."
To set yourself as "do not disturb" on the fly, click "Pause notifications" and tell Asana when you'll be available again. To set a regular do not disturb schedule, choose time ranges and dates when you don't want to be notified. Teammates can see the snoozing bell in your name, so they know you're away. Now you can have peace of mind when needed, and at the end of every day.
